Defect Classes

What gets checked before release.

Critical

Wrong size, wrong material, incorrect label, major colour mismatch or packaging that prevents retail sale. These require correction before release.

Major

Visible stitch failure, closure misalignment, stains, significant shade variance or count mismatch. Major issues are documented and resolved before shipment booking.

Minor

Small handwork variations, acceptable slub variation and light packaging scuffs within the approved tolerance. These are tracked for future improvement.
