Standard Flow

Most orders land between 4 and 8 production weeks.

Stock-fabric pillowcases move fastest. Handwork, custom dye, custom packaging and large-size bedding programs need more time.

What Can Change Timing

Lead time is a range, not a slogan.

Stock fabric

Fastest route when shade, momme and construction are already available and the buyer accepts standard packaging.

Custom dye

Adds lab dip approval, shade tolerance review and potential rework if the first colour route is not accepted.

Handwork

Kantha, embroidery, brocade placement and motif work require more sampling and slower inspection.

Packaging

Woven labels, boxes, barcode stickers and inserts add trim production and approval checkpoints.
