Company file

US entity name, registered state, business address, trade contact and invoice details for vendor setup.

Product file

SKU spec sheet, material description, care language, packaging route, tolerance guide and approved sample notes.

Lot file

Workshop note, production photos, QC summary, packing list and shipment documents where available for that lot.

Certification file

Only confirmed certificates are treated as buyer-facing claims. Pending items remain status notes until granted.
